1. The primary renter/driver needs to be 25 years of age. All drivers need to be 21 years of age.
2. Anyone driving the LSV must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their drivers license and automobile insurance.
3. All normal automobile driving and parking laws apply to the LSV.
4. It is the renter’s responsibility to look into any rental restrictions in your area.
5. Everyone must be seated in a seat with a seatbelt fastened at all times.
6. The number of passengers cannot exceed the number of seats on the LSV (4 passengers for a 2+2 and 6 passengers for a 4+2).
7. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
8. All drivers agree to be in compliance with all laws and government regulations in regards to the use and operation of the LSV.
9. Lowcountry will only deliver/rent LSV’s to occupants of homes (no hotels).
10. The LSV must be fully charged, clean, and free of all personal belongings, or an additional charge of $100 will be added to your credit card. This is strictly enforced.
11. The renter is responsible for knowing if they are staying in a home that includes an outside (or garage) 15A electrical outlet to charge the cart.
We will deliver your LSV between 1 pm and 6 pm on the first day of your rental. The LSV will be picked up between 8 am and 11 am on the last day. You do not need to be present for delivery or pick up. The LSV must be fully charged, clean, and free of all personal belongings.
Cancellations made further than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 15-30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
